Hi I am Alison and my wellness cabin is based in Horncastle. Here you will find yourself in a safe environment for all that is on offer here, bringing wellbeing and healing with tools for you to take home and practice with too. Weekly sessions of meditation and drumming, and the availability to book for one to one sessions intuitively structured for you needs including energy and other modalities for healing. Group bookings for an experience together, with some sound vibrations and for special occasions, including meditation, drumming and chakra dancing. Workshops are also available throughout the year. A year ago my first self published book was produced of channelled writings called "inspired writings from spirit" and is also available in the cabin or via post.
